Safety Awards

The Treatment Plant and the employees have received several safety awards and a laboratory excellence award.

  • 1983 the Plant Safety Award for 9 or more employees from the Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association.
  • 1984 the Plant Safety Award from the Water Pollution Control Association of Pennsylvania.
  • 1986 the Plant Safety Award for 9 or more employees from the Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association.
  • 1987 the Plant Safety Honorable Mention for Class II Award from the Water Pollution Control Association of Pennsylvania.
  • 1990 our lab received the Excellence Award for Laboratory Performance from the Eastern Water Pollution Control Operators Association.
  • 2001 Plant Safety Award, Class II for 9 or more employees from the Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association.
