Aquatic Fitness

An energetic hour class designed to burn calories, increase endurance, build strength, and tone your body - all of this without taxing your joints!

This class is for men and women of all fitness levels. You do not need to be a swimmer to take this class. You will see great results while having fun in the water. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.


This is a drop-in program free of charge for our 2024 membership.  Classes will be held Monday through Friday, 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm (weather permitting)  at Fourth Street Pool
