Aquatic Fitness

Aquatic FitnessAn energetic forty-five minute class designed to burn calories, increase endurance, build strength, and tone your body - all of this without taxing your joints!

This class is for men and women of all fitness levels.  You do not need to be a swimmer to take this class.  You will see great results while having fun in the water. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.


Classes scheduled between the hours of 8:20 am and 11:30 am, Monday through Thursday at both the White's Road and Fourth Street Swimming Pools. Class time will vary depending upon participation.

  • Session 1- June 18 - June 28
  • Session 2 - July 9 - July 19
  • Session 3 - July 30 - August 9
  • Member: $40/session
  • Non-Member Resident: $45/session
  • Non-Member Non-Res: $60/session


This is a drop-in pay per class program.  Classes run Monday through Friday.  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm and Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm at
